Since 2005, Thomas Lawrence, PE, has been an innovative leader in site selection, planning, design and analysis. In 2018, Mr. Lawrence established Thomas Lawrence Engineering, PLLC (TLE) to provide cutting environmental services on a wider scale. We pride ourselves in implementing sustainable stormwater control methods and designing green infrastructure projects. We also produce educational resources for individuals and institutions who wish to gain further knowledge of the principles of civil engineering and how they relate to the environment.
